Rental Information
Dress layered for mountain weather, bring a water bottle and eye protection.
Upon booking thru our software, HubTiger, a 50% rental will be taken as a deposit then the balance will be taken the day of your rental.
Please adhere to our cancellation policies and complete any waivers.

Cancellation Policies
Cancellation Periods
At E-Bikes of Jackson Hole, we understand that plans can change. To ensure fairness and clarity, we have implemented the following cancellation policy for electric bike rentals.
1-2 Bikes Reserved: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the rental date.
3-5 Bikes Reserved: Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours prior to the rental date.
6 or More Bikes Reserved: Cancellations must be made at least 6 days prior to the rental date.
Changing weather is common here, please be prepared with layers. Severe weather updates listed from NOAA will be the only exception to the above guidelines.
Deposit Retention
Within the Cancellation Period: Cancellations made within the required notice period will result in a full refund of the 50% deposit.
After the Cancellation Period: Cancellations made after the required notice period will result in forfeiture of the 50% deposit.
Day of Rental: Cancellations made on the day of the rental will result in forfeiture of 100% of the rental cost.
Rescheduling Policy
We offer the option to reschedule your reservation at no additional cost, provided you notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled rental time. Rescheduling is subject to availability.
